When we can’t identify or regulate how we truly feel it turns into anger, making it one of the greatest sins, because out of that one feeling comes a multitude of sins.

I know I lack discipline and that is something I pray for all the time, but I thought that being obedient and starting the business would get me to the next level. God had already laid out everything I needed to succeed but it’s my own personal problem of not keeping promises to myself that’s been holding me back, not God’s lack of coming through and sending things my way.

Praying and reading the Bible to know and understand God, reflecting on the word and self-reflecting is even more important than running to God in prayer with our troubles and frustrations, he wants to hear those too, but just knowing what God wants for you can help pull you out of a very dark place.

We all have something that we’re putting on a time-sensitive list when we have learned over and over again that OUR TIME IS NOT GOD’S TIME! What the world says we should do when the world says that we should do it is not the same as God’s will for us (Isaiah 55:8)

We give our enemies too much credit! The devil can’t be everywhere at once but as long as he can keep us stuck in our own pity he doesn’t need to be because we do all the work in tearing ourselves down.

Instead of worrying about what you don’t have seek to know God, pray, read his word, meditate, practice his principles, see that he always provides for you. Luke 12:25 asks us how worry adds a single moment to our lives?" It can’t! It actually takes away from our lives. Giving in to anxiety stops us from counting the many blessings that we receive daily the biggest one… Just being alive!

I thought “imperfect on purpose” but then The Holy Spirit revealed to me that we ARE perfect, because we were made in the image of a perfect God and He does not make mistakes, Sure, we make bad decisions, and our ways are questionable but WE ourselves are perfect beings and were created to fulfil a purpose just the way we are.
